Delta Air Lines opens direct flight between Atlanta and Marrakech
Delta Air Lines announced that starting October 25, it will launch a new direct service between Atlanta, United States and Marrakech, Morocco. Its Africa schedule also includes the launch of a direct flight to Accra, Ghana.
The flight will depart to Marrakech-Menara Airport three times a week and Delta Airlines will operate the service with a Boeing 767-400 ER offering a total of 238 seats in four travel classes: Delta One, Delta Premium Select, Delta Comfort+ and Economy.

“We are very pleased to add Marrakech to our global route network,” said Paul Baldoni, senior vice president of flight network planning at DAL. “This new route will not only provide our country’s travelers with a quick and easy connection to the prestigious Moroccan city, but also to several other destinations in Africa,” he added.
Wi-Fi connection available on board
On the sidelines of the launch of the sol flight between Atlanta and Marrakech, Delta Airlines announced that its customers who will travel on this route will have free access to a high-speed Wi-Fi connection throughout their flight by simply entering their electronic ticket code.
