I had lost my luggage on a Royal Air Maroc flight in July 22, I have not received a refund or any updates since Oct 22. I have rung the customer service many times, they just promise that they will send an update and nothing happens. Feeling very frustrated and disappointed.

My husband Jose A Rey and I Maritza Rey are confirmed on flight AA7951 – refer. # 4GZ9FP operated by Royal Air Moroc on Nov. 18 from NYC to Casablanca leave 7:55 pm arrives next day 8:45. I would like to book seat on this flight and cannot do so on your website. I call American airlines and they tell me to call Royal Air moroc when I do they tell me to call American Airlines.
Please please allow me to book seats an aisle and middle for this roundtrip. I would be happy to pay but I cannot do so. I really do not want to wait until on line check in as I fear i will not be able to get seats together and in front as possible. Waiting for your reply.
Help with my return day date to change
I am writing to request a refund of the cost of the flight ticket which I bought on February 03, 2020 from the Royal Air Maroc ticketing office at the Murtala Mohammed International Airport in Lagos Nigeria. Following the COVID -!9 Pandemic crisis the flight which was to depart on March 16, 2020 from Lagos via Casablanca to Montreal in Canada was cancelled.
On October 10 2020, I contacted the Royal Air Maroc Call Center asking for a refund of the cost of my ticket which was Two hundred and twenty six thousand and two hundred and eighty three Naira (#226, 283) ($548 USD) as at that time. On October 12, 2020 I was contacted by the Call Center of Royal Air Maroc and told that I have the option of a Refund which is Allowed against a nominative travel voucher, valid for 12 months and refundable in cash at the end of the validity period In case of non-use. The travel voucher is valid for the purchase of a new ticket on all available flights at the time of issuance of the new ticket.
However, on 19, October 2020, I wrote back to inform them that I have chosen to request for a REFUND of the cost of my flight ticket as they conditioned the refund on issuance of a Nominative Travel Voucher valid for a period of 12 months. I informed them that I have no problem with this condition. My ticket reference number is RP/LOSAT001A/LOSAT001A and my ticket number is VKDDDF./
Consequently on 25 December 2020, I was again contacted and informed thus….. “We inform you that your refund request in the form of a credit voucher has been transferred to our dedicated department for processing. You will receive by e-mail a nominative transport voucher, valid for 12 months on all Royal Air Maroc flights and refundable in cash at the end of the validity period In case of non-use.
Following this information, I received an email informing me that a Nominative travelling Voucher has been issued and that it will be valid till April 3, 2022. This period has expired and the Refund has not been made.
All efforts to contact the Call Center has proved abortive, as the Royal Air Maroc Form for Requesting for Refund do not accept my Flight Ticket Number (VKDDF) and the Reservation number (RP/LOSAT001A/LASOT001A
I have consequently tried calling the Royal Air Maroc office in Casablanca at +212 89000 0800 or 3260 including the international office of Royal Air Maroc +212 5224 8979 with absolutely no success. Either the lines are unreachable or are not authorized to deal with my issues.

My roundtrip Royal Air Maroc flight # 0219 from IAD Dulles International to CMN and return # 0218 on April 26, 2020 and May 8, 2020, respectively was canceled due to the Covid 19 pandemic. I booked through Cheap Air and received notice that I could get a refund/ credit if I rebooked and travelled by 5/21/21.
Unfortunately, the pandemic was still raging at that time and I was unable to travel. I would like to request a credit to rebook those flights.
i had booked my flight through expedia a year ago and they are refusing to give me a refund and they said the ticket is under the control of the airline and i had called the airline and visit there offices but it was useless they didnt respond what should i do
