Jet2 connects London Gatwick and East Midlands to Agadir

Jet2 is strengthening its presence in Morocco for the winter season. The British carrier is adding the seaside city of Agadir to its winter sun lineup on two fronts.

Agadir from London Gatwick all winter

This route from London Gatwick will operate twice weekly, on Mondays and Thursdays, starting October 22. It is part of Jet2’s first full winter schedule from Gatwick, with flights currently on sale through March 27, 2027.

Flights depart Gatwick at 7:30 AM, arriving at Agadir-Al Massira at 12:20 PM. The return flight leaves Morocco at 1:20 PM and lands at the British airport at 4:10 PM.

Regarding fares, outbound flights from Gatwick start at £49, while return flights are listed from £57.

Jet2 faces direct competition on this route from three other carriers: British Airways, easyJet, and TUI Airways.

Direct flight to Agadir from East Midlands

Passengers in the English Midlands will also benefit from a new service: Agadir is among the new winter routes from East Midlands, alongside Gdansk, Sharm El Sheikh, and Hurghada.

The outbound flight departs at 8:00 AM and arrives at 12:55 PM. The return flight leaves Agadir at 1:55 PM and arrives at East Midlands at 4:50 PM. Tickets for this route start at £82.

Jet2’s fare for these two new routes includes a 10 kg cabin bag and a small under-seat bag. The British low-cost carrier also offers a 22 kg checked baggage allowance, along with the option to pay in three interest-free installments.

The British low-cost airline already operates flights to Marrakech, while Agadir is the best-served destination; routes include Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds Bradford, Manchester, and London Stansted, with seasonal additions from Bournemouth, East Midlands, Newcastle, and now Gatwick.
