A new Charleroi-Oujda line by Air Arabia Maroc
Air Arabia Maroc continues to expand its services with the addition of new routes to and from Morocco. Recently, the low-cost airline launched connections between Tetouan and five European destinations. In keeping with this momentum, it is now announcing the opening of a new line directly connecting Charleroi Brussels Airport, in Belgium, to Oujda, a strategic Moroccan city located in the east of the kingdom.
This new connection will be provided by bi-weekly flights, on Tuesdays and Fridays. This seasonal service, which will remain in operation until September 15, 2024, will help facilitate travel between Belgium and Morocco, particularly for the Moroccan diaspora residing in Belgium who wish to visit their families during the summer period.
The flight will be operated on board an Airbus A320, which can accommodate up to 180 passengers.
However, competition is fierce on this route, as Air Arabia Maroc is not the only one serving Oujda-Angad from Belgium. Other companies such as Pegasus Airlines, Ryanair, Wizzair, Air Corsica, and Volotea are also present, creating a wide range of choices for travelers wishing to reach the historic city of the kingdom from Europe.
