Royal Air Maroc launches direct flight to Saint Petersburg

Royal Air Maroc will soon launch its second flight to Russia. From its Casablanca Mohammed V hub, the national airline will fly to Saint Petersburg, its second Russian destination after Moscow.

The Moroccan airline has officially unveiled the schedule for its new flight. The weekly service to Saint Petersburg will depart from Casablanca on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Fridays at 11:10 p.m. Return flights will depart from Russia on the following days at 8:05 a.m. The inaugural flight is scheduled for January 20, 2026.

Hamid Addou, CEO of RAM, said: “Russia is an important market for our airline. With strong demand for connections to and from Russia, Royal Air Maroc has decided to launch Casablanca-Saint Petersburg, the country’s second most populous city.

Bookings for this international flight will officially open on October 23.

As a reminder, Royal Air Maroc already serves flights to Moscow, the capital of Russia, with a daily flight year-round from Casablanca.
