Binter Canarias reinforces its flights to Guelmim
Binter Canarias recently inaugurated a new direct line between Lanzarote, one of the Canary Islands, and Guelmim, a city located in southern Morocco. The new line responds to the growing demand for travel between these two destinations and aims to provide a comfortable and efficient travel option for locals and tourists.
The new line, which started operating on April 8, 2023, operates once a week, on Saturdays, with a flight time of approximately one hour and 15 minutes. The flight is operated by ATR 72-600 aircraft, which can accommodate up to seventy-two passengers.
Already serving Guelmim from Las Palmas-Gran Canaria, the Spanish airline said the new route is part of its commitment to the Canary Islands and Morocco as strategic destinations, and aims to strengthen ties between the two regions. .
The inauguration of this new road has been welcomed by local authorities and tourist operators, who see it as an opportunity to boost tourism and international connections in the region. Both Lanzarote and Guelmim are renowned for their natural beauty, cultural heritage and outdoor activities, such as hiking, surfing and bird watching.
