Royal Air Maroc is relaunching its Lille-Casablanca flight

Royal Air Maroc reopened a direct route between Lille-Lesquin Airport and Casablanca on Friday, July 3. This route operates with two flights per week, scheduled for Mondays and Fridays.

A Boeing 737-800, a 162-seat single-aisle aircraft, is used for this twice-weekly service. The aircraft is standard on most of the airline’s short- and medium-haul European network. According to the current schedule, departures from Lille are in the early afternoon, around 1:55 p.m., with a flight time of approximately 3 hours and 30 minutes to Casablanca-Mohamed V.

For passengers from Lille-Lesquin, the benefits extend beyond Morocco. The Casablanca hub offers connections to several capital cities in West and Central Africa: Dakar, Abidjan, Cotonou, and Bamako are among the destinations accessible without having to transit through a Parisian airport.

Royal Air Maroc continues its global expansion

Lille is just one stop on Royal Air Maroc’s 2026 roadmap. The airline plans to open between nine and ten new routes this year, an unprecedented pace of expansion for the carrier. Among the announced destinations are Los Angeles, Saint Petersburg, Bilbao, and Alicante, along with other cities that will further enrich a network already spanning several continents.
