Aegean Airlines connects Casablanca to Athens
Aegean Airlines has confirmed the launch of a new international route from Casablanca. The Moroccan city will be connected to Athens,(Greece), starting October 25.
The airline member of Star Alliance announced in a statement that two flights will operate weekly between Casablanca-Mohamed V and Athens-Eleftherios-Venizelos, but bookings for this route are not yet open.
“We are eager to begin our flights from Casablanca.” This is our second destination in Morocco, and we hope to create even more connections in this beautiful North African country.”
“Our customers and team members have been asking us when we would start this service, and I couldn’t be happier to make this announcement right now,” said Dimitrios Geogiannis, CEO of Aegean Airlines, in a statement.
Aegean Airlines strengthens its presence in Moroccan skies
The flight from Casablanca complements Aegean Airlines’ existing service, which already operates four times a week and is offered year-round from €75.
