Royal Air Maroc: Pricing conditions for plane tickets

From comfort to flexibility, all the prices offered by RAM

The airline Royal Air Maroc now offers its customers more choice and flexibility by introducing a new tariff structure, whether for its domestic, regional or inter-continental flights.

EcoClassic

Exchange your euros to pay this price? It appears to be the suitable choice for passengers wishing to stay for several weeks in any city, and often needing to carry multiple pieces of luggage.

EcoEssentiel

This is the lowest rate posted by Royal Air Maroc, so it is the recommended offer for short haul travel. By selecting it, two pieces of baggage can be transported, one of which is in the cabin. The allowance offered to Eco Basic ticket holders does not include the transport of any heavy luggage.

A standard dinner is also included. The Moroccan company recalls, however, that it does not allow any modification or refund.

EcoFlex

By choosing this fare, you benefit from flexibility when booking your ticket. You can cancel it and get reimbursed against a simple penalty, otherwise, you can change your departure times against 200 Moroccan Dirhams. You are able to choose your seat and earn up to 125% of the Safar Flyer miles stored in your account. You also benefit from an enhanced baggage allowance including one piece of hand baggage and one piece of checked baggage of 23kg.

With Eco Flex, the passenger’s ticket is flexible and can be refunded with a small penalty. In addition, passengers are allowed to choose seats that have not been pre-assigned. Passengers can earn more Safar Flyer miles (125%), while passengers can enjoy other perks like 23kg checked baggage, cabin baggage and onboard meals.

A free meal is also served on board.

EcoSerenity

The EcoSerenity tariff offers these advantages at a much lower price than ordering them separately; it is now available for all Oneworld alliance airline destinations:

In addition, by choosing it, you are allowed to travel with one cabin baggage and one checked baggage weighing 23kg, and you can earn up to 150% of the miles accumulated in your account.

This rate allows ticket cancellation up to 4 hours before flight departure.

Business Essential

At the airport, passengers who have booked with this rate usually have reserved check-in counters at their disposal, which is faster, and very often have access to very comfortable private lounges.

Business Serenity

The company Royal Air Maroc (RAM) authorizes the cancellation of tickets with the Business Serenity formula.

Cancellation is free of charge with always the possibility of modifying the flight.
